These Terms and Conditions govern the Sloane personal assistant text messaging program ("the program") operated by Maestrate LLC. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
The program sends personal assistant messages, such as schedule updates, calendar changes, reminders, task confirmations, and related notifications, to the account owner and to contacts who have given consent. It is a low volume, conversational service, not a marketing program.
The account owner opts in by enabling and configuring their own assistant. Any additional recipient opts in by giving the account owner direct verbal or written consent, or by completing our text messaging sign-up page, before any message is sent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any Maestrate LLC service.
Sample verbal consent script (used when the account owner obtains consent from an additional recipient in person or by phone): "Do you agree to receive text messages from Sloane, the personal assistant from Maestrate LLC, for schedule updates, reminders, and confirmations? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent is not required to use our services."
Sample written consent script (used when consent is given by text, email, or a signed note): "I agree to receive recurring personal assistant text messages (schedule updates, reminders, confirmations) from Maestrate LLC (Sloane) at [phone number]. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. I understand consent is not required to use Maestrate LLC's services."
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. There is no fixed number of messages per period.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Maestrate LLC does not charge you for receiving these messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages, unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
