Mobile phone numbers of the account owner and of any contact who has given consent to receive messages.
The content of messages sent and received through the service, such as reminders, schedule updates, and confirmations.
Basic contact details provided during signup, such as a name and email address.

How we use it

To deliver the personal assistant messages you or an opted-in recipient have agreed to receive.
To respond to HELP requests and to process STOP opt-outs.
To operate, secure, and support the service.

Text messaging

If you consent to receive text messages from Sloane, message frequency varies based on your activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in and consent data are never sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose.

We share information only with the service providers that make messaging work (for example, our telecommunications carrier), and only as needed to deliver your messages, or where required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion. You can review how consent works and sign up on our text messaging sign-up page.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or regulatory obligations, then delete it.
